POLICY OF REFUND, REPAIRMENT AND REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality. If there are some problems on the goods, you have right to guarantee your benefits.
Different products have different warranties, so make sure you contact us before the deadline. If you don’t know the warranty of your item, you can contact our staffs before making a purchase.

Products with quality problem can be returned for full Replacement Only .

If you are not satisfied with any of our products due to a fault, you can send them back to us for an exchange to another product, in this case, we don’t pay the fees, you send the item back and you need to pay the difference between product costs etc.
5. Return for “not satisfied” reason
Because the shipping fee is very high and most of pictures on RDGStores.com are taken by ourself with real products. So we do not give full refund for returns without quality problems，like “not like the picture”，”not as imagining” or just “not satisfied”. Before placing large quantity order, please have sample first.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 3 days after delivery to receive a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways.
Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.
We will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount means a partial refund.

Returns are covered by the 07 Day Replacement Guarantee. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. The protective film or warranty seal should not have been

- The part should not be physically damaged/hampered or Broken
- The warranty doesn’t cover careless usage of the item (in case of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misuse of voltage and other external factors
- Before making a claim for a defective part, please test it thoroughly. If a fully-functional item is returned, it is subject to a restocking fee of 15% or ₹500, whichever is greater..
- RDGStores parts have stamps that help us identify our parts. If you have parts from other suppliers, please make sure to send the correct part back to us.
- Warranty Details: There is Protective sticker (film) pasted on the screen. Please don’t remove that sticker (film) . Warranty will be void once the film is removed. Product is tested and only then dispatched .Before installation please check by using dial pad and also messages by typing a message . when it’s working fine, you can do final installation. Professional installation is highly recommended. if need returned Product you should returned as is it condition that you received.
Please keep all packaging material and partial shipment note(s) as they’re needed for returns. After courier the products, please be sure to provide us the tracking number of the returned package, if there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary. If neither of them can be provided, we might have to hold processing for you until the package arrives at our warehouse which may take one to two months, please kindly note.
Refunds are made via the payment method you originally used to order. Customers are responsible for all payment fees (if any) issued during processing and transfering any refund.
If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. If you see any visual damage or it feels empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the integrity of all products as is and CANNOT refute the shipping charges for the empty package.
As our return warehouse is located in New Delhi, please send item back to us through local post office instead of express service like BlueDart,Delivery,FEDEX…More Super X-press Courier Service, we will if we can’t receive the item we can’t arrange a replacement or repair or Refund anyhow.
Please send the item back according to our return policy. If the parcel is not trackable via tracking number and customer name, we will reject your return parcel by express.
Please remember to include a note in your package indicating the following details:

- Product Name ;
- A short description of the problem(s) of the defective item(s).
This note will help expedite the processing time for you.

4-Ship it. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Replacement or refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. If you cancel product order before your product has been shipped, we will refund you the entire amount of product. If you cancel product order after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following.
1. If your product has been shipped or not but has not yet been delivered to you, than you can contact our customer care and inform us within 6 hours of the same.
2. If you received the product, than it will be eligible for product replacement, only in case of defect or damage found with the product. You can refer our replacement guarantee for that.
3. We not refund amount in below condition. we will issue iPoints for the similar value of the product, which a customer can later use in future purchases from our website. ( phone repaired, change my mind, not interested, technician not accept this parts, repaired phone by other way and more…)
